Pinakah provides a cloud-based legal operations platform designed to assist legal professionals in managing matters, workflows, documents, and related legal information.

Certain features may include AI-assisted tools designed to support research, drafting, and legal analysis.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by legal professionals, law firms, and authorized personnel.

Users must ensure that all use of the Platform complies with applicable laws and professional responsibilities.

3. User Accounts

Access to the Platform requires a registered account.

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
  • ensuring authorized use of their accounts
  • promptly notifying the Company of any unauthorized access

The Company is not responsible for any activity resulting from unauthorized use of user credentials.

4. Data Ownership

Customers retain full ownership of all data, documents, and information uploaded or generated within the Platform.

Pinakah does not claim ownership over customer data.

The Company processes customer data solely for the purpose of operating and maintaining the Platform.

5. Confidentiality

Pinakah recognizes the sensitive nature of legal information.

We implement reasonable safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality of customer data stored on the Platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the use of the Platform complies with professional confidentiality obligations.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
  • misuse the Platform in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations

7. AI Features Disclaimer

Pinakah may provide AI-powered features designed to assist with legal research, drafting, and analysis.

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational assistance only and may contain inaccuracies.

Users are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before relying on it in professional contexts.

AI outputs do not constitute legal advice.

8. Service Availability

The Company strives to maintain reliable access to the Platform.

However, the Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, system upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

Use of the Platform is at the user's own risk.

10. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if these Terms are violated.

Customers may terminate their use of the Platform at any time in accordance with their agreement with the Company.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms periodically.

Users will be notified of significant changes through the Platform or website.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
